Free Initial Consultation
Before anything else, you will meet up with me for a no commitment, free initial consultation. This is where you and I discuss your fitness needs/ goals and any injuries/conditions you may have. Feel free to ask any questions you have. You will need to fill out a standard Exercise Readiness Questionnaire. At the end of the Consultation, I should have all the information I need and if you like what you have heard, you can book yourself in for any of the following services I offer.
This is the important bit of improving your health and fitness…actually physically doing stuff! We work individually or in groups and depending on your goals, we go through a full training session from warm up to cool down via working like a demon! You will also get motivation, education and yes, even homework from me!

I develop and run my own exercise workshops covering various subjects. These part theory, part practical, workshops are designed to teach people a real understanding of the how’s, what’s and whys of fitness/exercise. They are ideal for groups of people wanting a deeper understanding of the subjects, but can be easily adapted for individuals. A major reason many people who already exercise fail to achieve their goals, is simply because of simple errors in the way they are doing it. Comprehensive Diet Analysis
Did you know that studies show people underestimate their food intake by up to 50%? That means they say to themselves: “But I don’t eat much and I have quite a healthy diet” but they are actually eating up to half as much again! This is a major problem when people try to control their weight. They don’t actually know how much they are eating or what they are eating. I will take the guesswork out of it by analysing your diet and telling you: How many calories you are consuming. Where these calories are coming from (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, alcohol). How much saturated fat you are eating compared to unsaturated fats. How much salt you are consuming in your diet as a whole. If you are eating too much/not enough fruit and veg, refined sugars, red meat etc. Get the results in a comprehensive report emailed directly to you.
